That's the list. As usual, there are a number of ratings that stand out to me as abominable, but rather than ruin the fun, I'll let you guys try and pick them out.
Lists are sorted by team, and then by position below.

Joakim Noah. What an outrage. Worse than Ben Wallace??? Significantly worse than Okafor??? Good lord.
Overall rankings don't mean everything, but they don't mean nothing either. As you said, many of 2K's ratings display laziness and/or craziness.
You mentioned possible complaints about Russell Westbrook. What would warrant a -3 change, especially after a great playoff performance? I know there's an update coming soon after release, and I hope Westbrook's impressive FIBA play puts him at least even with Rose.
Those starting lineups cant be... especially when their are players hurt that ain't starting till feb 2011. ex. perkins boston.
That's only for the default roster. They will move Perkins to the IR when they add injuries to the roster.
Kleiza 55, WTF
This guy is better since his come back from europ, WHAT A HELL
Some other ratings:
Sonny Weems is a 60
DeMar DeRozan is a 64
JR Smith is a 71
Allen Iverson is an 80
Derrick Favors is a 73
and
Apparently Paul George is a 71 in the final game.
Thanks, I'll add them.
Bet you're loving the Raptors ratings as much as ever.
At this point I wouldn't be surprised if they forgot to put the Raptors in the game altogether.
I wanna see TIAGO SPLITTER!!
Joakim Noah's rating has got to be higher then a 73. I did see ben wallace rating was higher than his which is absurd. I think Loul Deng's rating should be at least 79. I also think Kevin Durant and westbrook rating should be higher. I say Durant at least 94, and westbrook at least an 83. I also think wade's rating should be at least a 94 or 95. 97 is just a lil too high for me.
The David Lee rating is absurd, Yes he racked stats in that high-possession system of D'Antoni's, but his defense is mediocre at best, and he has no offense beyond dunking the ball.
He's a stat padder, equivalent to Antawn Jamsion. Check the W/L record of the teams he plays for. His stats rarely effect the bottom line, as an undersized guy he gives up as many points as he adds.
And I like Brook Lopez fine, but it's tough to see him ranked quite that highly given that his team flirted with an all-time worst record. He's not that much better than say Andray Blatche who outplayed him by a large margin in head-to-head this year when two stinker teams matched up.
All the centers seem low. Horford and Noah in particular. Both of whom actually do have a modicum of ballhandling skills (ditto JaVale McGee, who overuses the skill, playing as though he thinks he's a guard).
Having seen David Lee all season, he is much more than a dunker. He finishes extremely well with either hand, and can take other bigmen off the dribble with ease. He has great handle for a big which is how he was able to succeed in D'Antoni's system.
He isn't a great defender, but he IS a legit scorer and doesn't hurt his team to get his points (the TRUE definition of a stat-padder). Point that finger at Zach Randolph, Ricky Davis, Allen Iverson, etc. I look at the Knicks W/L record last season and I shudder to think of what it would have been without Lee.
Know what, you're right on the one hand, he did pick up his wide open shooting from distance with familiarity in the system:
http://www.hoopdata.com/player.aspx?name=David Lee
Suddenly he's taking nearly five shots a game from long-two pt distance shooting just slightly worse than Nenad Krstich out there. Kudos to DLee for the extra work.
Still doesn't make him equivalent to Dirk Nowitski. Check the counterpoint stats:
Lee:
http://www.82games.com/0910/09NYK17.HTM#bypos
Dirk:
http://www.82games.com/0910/09DAL13.HTM#bypos
League average PER is 15. Star players post rankings in the 20's.
Yeah Lee managed to rack nice stats at one end, but at the opposite end whatever scrub he's playing also posts all-star numbers.
Shudder all you want, I think the ranking is the old NYC familiarity bias.
I don't necessarily go with those 82games stats as I found Synergy's ratings are much more effective... let's not forget 82games doesn't even clarify what players are being guarded. Dirk wouldn't post good defensive numbers if he were matchup up on centers like Lee was all year.
Post defense is obviously not Lee's strength but that's not as much of an issue when he's playing with an actual center (Biedrins).
Dirk's rating is low because the PF formula 2K uses is abominable. It barely credits Dirk for the attributes he's good at, such as 3pt, ball handling, etc, and penalizes him for the attributes he is below average at (rebounding, blocking). With a more realistic formula (since he obviously PLAYS like a top player), he'd have a better rating.
