Outlook: I consider Johnson the most likely of all the star free agents to switch teams in 2010. The Hawks are not very likely to ever get past the second round with this team, and Johnson just isn't good enough to invest a max contract into. I would consider him a favorite to land with the Knicks considering he previously played for Mike D'Antoni and all their other FA options (LeBron, Wade) will likely dry up.

Outlook: J-Smoove is one of the most athletic defensive players in the game. However, the main reason he's masquerading as a PF (where he's outmatched on the boards) rather than SF is he's been unable to develop a quality perimeter game. That and the Hawks have terrible front-line depth and didn't really have a choice.

Outlook: Horford's rebounding, mid-range shot, and post abilities compliment Josh Smith very well. Actually, they'd compliment just about any front court well since he's a capable PF or C.

Outlook: Bibby is among the better shooting PGs in the league, and while at age 31 he's not exactly the greatest bet going forward, he is the player most responsible for bringing the playoffs back to Atlanta.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Jamal Crawford (SG/PG)
Overall 82 (down from 85)

Outlook: The Jamal Crawford trade didn't make much sense to me, because Flip Murray gave them similar production last season at a fraction of the cost, and could have been re-signed for much less than the 19 million over 2 years Crawford is due to make. That's a lot to pay for a player who is only going to be backing up Johnson and Bibby, and it's not like Atlanta has money to throw around like that. Then it hit me. Crawford's their 2010 starter. He's a volume shooter with good ball-handling skills, just like Johnson. That's the only way the move makes sense.

Marvin Williams (SF/PF)

Hustle 69 (up from 64)
Hands 78 (up from 68)
Ball Defense 74
Standing Dunk 75

Outlook: Williams is one of the most underrated players in the game, mainly because he was drafted before Deron Williams and Chris Paul. He's only 23 years old and averages 15 ppg. He offers consistent production and it's reasonable to expect him to keep improving.

In Traffic 79
Quickness 66 (up from 58)
Hustle 71 (up from 66)
Hands 60
Ball Defense 64
Standing Dunk 75

Outlook: Should be a great fit in Atlanta, mainly because his name isn't Solomon Jones. He offers the best mid-range shot of among Atlanta's bigs, and should be one of the team's better rebounders. He's only 34, though the way he's been treated the last few seasons (being waived so he can sign with a contender), you would have thought he'd hit that years ago.

Outlook: Teague takes Acie Law's place on the roster. The hope is that he'll actually contribute something of value (unlike Law, or Salim Stoudamire) over the next couple years.

Outlook: Hasn't really improved since entering the league. He'll actually be counted on in Atlanta's thin frontcourt this season, which will make or break his NBA career.
